Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop Launched In India: Price, Specifications And More

Lenovo has launched the Lenovo Legion 5 gaming laptop as its latest gaming device in India. The laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 4600H mobile processor along with six ultra-responsive cores that can be configured with up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti discrete graphics. The laptop also comes with a 120 Hz display refresh rate, a battery life of up to eight hours,  two 2W Harman Kardon speakers, and much more.

Lenovo Legion 5 Specifications And Features

Lenovo Legion 5 features a 15.6-inch (1,920×1,080 pixels) IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home software. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 4600H processor (3.00GHz, Max Boost up to 4.00GHz, 6 cores, 12 threads, 8MB Cache) and is coupled by  4GB DDR6 RAM.

In terms of GPU, the laptop comes with up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti discrete graphics. In terms of internal storage, the laptop has 256GB of SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0×4 NVMe storage and a 1TB HDD on board.

For maintaining the temperature of the device during even extensive gaming sessions, the laptop comes with Lenovo Legion Coldfront 2.0 for thermal efficiency and Lenovo Q-Control 3.0 to control the system voltage and fan speed which helps in keeping the system cool.

The laptop has a Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboard with backlit keys. It has a built-in HD (720p) webcam with a privacy shutter for added security. It also comes fitted with two 2W Harman Kardon speakers and Dolby Atmos headphone support.

In terms of connectivity, the laptop has Wi-Fi 802.11 ax, Bluetooth v5, 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 1 x USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 1, HDMI, Ethernet (RJ-45), and a headphone jack. The laptop houses a 60Wh battery which is claimed to last for up to 8 hours with Hybrid Mode being used according to Lenovo. It also supports Rapid Charge Pro for fast charging. The gaming laptop measures 363 x 259 x 22-24mm and weighs about 2.3 kgs.

Lenovo Legion 5 Pricing And Availability In India

The Lenovo Legion 5 is priced in India starting at Rs. 75,990. It is sold in the single Phantom Black color. The gaming laptop is currently available only on lenovo.com and on the company’s exclusive offline stores. However, Lenovo has said that the laptop will be made available on other online partner platforms and retail stores very soon as well. The laptop also has a launch offer which entitles the buyers to one-year free Premium Care and one-year of Accidental Damage Protection worth Rs. 3,900.
