Xiaomi has taken over the LED TV market ever since it entered the Indian market. Mi TV has been known to boost top of the chart features at a very affordable price which is the major reason for its popularity. Now Mi has launched a new Mi TV Master series which is touted to be its flagship TV.

Mi TV Master Series Features and Specifications

Mi TV Master Series is also to feature a 65-inch 4K OLED display. The display will be having the top of the charts, 98.8% screen to body ratio. The TV has ultra-thin bezels with a 4.6mm sleek metal frame. The display also has a 178-degree viewing angle and DCI-P3 Color Gamut.

The TV is powered by Quad-Core Cortex A73 MediaTek MT9650 processor with Mali-G52 MC1 GPU coupled with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage and the all-new MIUI for TV.

The Mi Master Series will also be having screen Self-Luminous Technology which enables the TV to have precise light control capabilities and also no need for the backlit of the traditional LCD screens. The screen also has a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits and close to 0 nits for black regions. The display is said to show 1.07 billion primary colors which are way more than what humans naked eye can recognize.

The TV also has variable refresh rates (VRR) with up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The device also has MEMC motion compensation which enables it to have response time as low as 1ms. The TV comes with a dedicated gaming mode for the ultimate gaming experience. The gaming mode automatically turns on the Low Latency Mode (LLM) for lag-free gaming.

The device also features AI Master Engine with 20+ image quality algorithms and 5 major scene synchronization adjustments available. It also allows pixel-level dynamic picture quality adjustment and independent APU neural network computing units for intelligent analysis, identification, and optimization of the picture.

The Mi Master Series comes with an exceptional built-in Audio system. The TV comes with the Dolby Atmos 2.1.2 system for a theater-level sound arrangement having 9 unit speakers to offer 65W total output power. There is also a 3D panoramic sound system in place with an ultra-wide frequency range of 50Hz to 20kHz.

The built-in subwoofer in the TV has a 1.9L large sound cavity for excellent low as well as high-frequency sound. The speakers also have a Dome Reflection Technology in place which makes use of two 10W surround sound speakers made to reflect sound off the ceiling to produce a 3D surround sound.

For connectivity, the TV has Bluetooth v5.0, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), 3 x HDMI (including HDMI eARC), 2 x USB, S/PDIF, and Ethernet slot.

The TV measures 835.5×1448.7mm while it weighs 31.7kg without the meta base, but with the meta base, the weight is about 36.7kg.

Mi TV Master Series Expected Pricing and Availability in India

The Mi TV Master Series is expected to be launched against the flagship devices of Sony, Samsung, LG, and others which lead the flagship TV market. The TV has been launched in China at CNY 12,999 (Rs. 1.37 Lakhs). The sale in China starts from tomorrow. However, Xiaomi hasn’t released any International launch date or pricing of the device yet.
