FAU-G: Indian Alternative To Banned PUBG Announced; All You Need To Know

Ever since the Government’s decision to ban the 59 Chinese apps including Tik-Tok was announced a couple of months back, there were reports of PUBG to be banned soon. Only yesterday did the Government of India took the step to ban 118 Apps including PUBG. The game is being developed by the Indian publisher nCore Games.

What Is FAU:G?

FAU:G stands for Fearless And United: Guards. The game is under development from the Indian gaming developer nCore Games. The CEO of the company Vishal Gondal took to Twitter to announce the game which is under development. The game is being made under the mentorship of the Indian Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar.

The game is being made as part of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative of Aatmanirbhar Bharat. The CEO of the company Vishal Gondal also said that 20% of the revenue generated from the app would be donated to the trust created for India’s brave soldiers, Bharat Ke Veer Trust.

There is no information so far regarding the Gameplay and availability of the game so far, but it is expected to be launched in the coming days.

PUBG was one of the most popular player vs player multiplayer shooter games on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. PUBG Mobile along with PUBG Mobile Lite was banned by the government in the recent ban imposed by the government along with 116 others.
