Xiaomi has launched its Mi 11X series of smartphones in India. In the ‘Into The Future’ event of the company, the 11X series was unveiled along with Mi 11 Ultra and Mi QLED TV 75. There are two smartphones launched in the series named Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro which are rebranded Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro+ launched in China back in February earlier this year. The two phones come with a triple camera setup on the back.

Xiaomi Mi 11X Specifications And Features
The Xiaomi Mi 11X features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) E4 AMOLED display. The display comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate along with a touch sampling rate of 360 Hz, a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. It also supports HDR10+, 100 percent DCI-P3, SGS Eye Care Certification, and NTSC color space coverage of 107.6%. The phone also has a screen-to-body ratio of 92.61% and also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC coupled with Adreno 650 GPU having a clock speed of up to 3.2GHz. The phone also has up to 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It also has an X55 modem for lightning-fast 5G connectivity.
Coming to the cameras, the phone has a triple camera setup on the back. The primary is a 48-Megapixel Sony IMX582 primary lens having an aperture of f/1.79 with support for OIS. There is also an 8-Megapixel ultra-wide camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and a field of view of 119-degree. The phone also has a 5-Megapixel Macro camera sensor having an aperture of f/2.4.
For selfies and video calls, the device has a 20-Megapixel camera sensor having an aperture of f/2.45. The camera is placed as a punch-hole cutout in the center top of the display. Mi also claims the cut out as one of the smallest in a smartphone as it measures just 2.76mm.
The connectivity options on the smartphones include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, AGPS, NavIC support, and a USB Type-C port. The phone comes with Bluetooth v5.1. The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader. other sensors on the smartphone are ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, accelerometer, and gyroscope. The phone is also backed by dual speakers with support for Dolby Atmos.
The phone packs a 4,520mAh battery with support for 33W Fast Charging and reverse wireless charging at 2.5W. The phone is claimed to last for 190 hours of gaming, 60 hours of video playback, and 90 hours of music on a single charge. The device measures 163.7×76.4×7.8mm and weighs 196 grams.

The Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro comes with the exact same 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) E4 AMOLED display. It also has the same display specifications and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The major difference between the two smartphones comes under the hood, as the Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro comes powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC along with Adreno 660 GPU having a clock speed of up to 3.2GHz. The phone comes in only 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM with up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage. It also has an X55 modem for lightning-fast 5G connectivity.
In terms of optics, this phone also has a triple camera setup on the back but with a different primary sensor. The main camera lens on this model is a 108-Megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor having an aperture of f/1.75. The other two sensors present on the Pro model are exactly the same as on the Vanilla variant. Even the front camera on the two smartphones is exactly the same.
For connectivity, the phone has the same options as the Vanilla model but the only difference being the presence of Bluetooth v5.2 and Wi-Fi 6e. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and other sensors as 11X.

Xiaomi Mi 11X And Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro Pricing And Availability In India
The Xiaomi Mi 11X has been announced in India carrying a price tag of Rs. 29,999 for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model will be sold for Rs. 31,999.
The Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro is also announced with a pricing of Rs. 39,990 for the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. The most expensive offering in this series is the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model available in India for Rs. 41,999.
Both the phones will be available in Celestial Silver, Cosmic Black, and Frosty White color options. The Pro variant goes on sale in India from April 24 while the Mi 11X will be available from April 24.
