Intel NUC M15 Customizable Laptops Launched By Intel: Price, Specifications And Features

Intel has launched a range of productivity laptops in India by the name Intel NUC M15. Intel is calling these new kine of laptops as ‘Next Unit of Computing’ or NUC line (pronounced “Knuck”). The laptops will be completely customizable systems with options of different storage, graphics, RAM, and much more. Intel won’t be selling the laptops directly to the consumers but partner with brands for them to customize the laptops and sell them with their names.

Intel NUC M15 Specifications And Features

Intel NUC M15 features a 15.6-inch display panel. The laptop will be powered by Intel’s new 10nm, 11th-generation Tiger Lake processors. The customers will have the option to choose between Core i5-1135G7 and Core i7-1165G7 quad-core processors. In terms of graphics, the laptop will come with Intel’s new Iris Xe integrated graphics that the company launched just last month.

The M15 will be housing a 73 Whr battery claimed to provide a backup of up to 16 hours of video playback on a full charge. The notebook also supports Fast Charging and is claimed to give a 4-hour video playback worth of battery with just 30 minutes of charging. In terms of connectivity, the laptop also comes with the latest WiFi 6.

Intel has also said that this new range of laptops from the brand is built on the lines of its Project Athena which is an initiative that the company says will focus on fine-tuning performance and experience on ultraportable laptops. Although the M15 notebook doesn’t fall in this category of laptops it is aimed to make the Intel ‘Evo’ branding.

Intel NUC M15 Pricing And Availability

Intel has just unveiled this upcoming new range of notebooks that will be named Intel NUC M15 so far, but the brands with which Intel will be partnering and the customizations that will be available to the users are unknown so far. There is no official pricing revealed so far but Intel expects the laptop to be priced between $999 and $1,499 (approx Rs. 74,000 and Rs. 104,000).
