Infinix Smart 4 Launched in India: Price, Specifications And Features

Budget Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Infinix has launched the Infinix Smart 4 smartphone in India. The phone comes just 3 months after the launch of the Smart 4 Plus in India. The device has dual cameras on the back and is powered by the Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 processor.

Infinix Smart 4 Specifications And Features

The Infinix Smart 4 features a 6.82-inch HD+ (1,640×720 pixels) Incell IPS display. The display has an aspect ratio of 20.5:9 with a pixel density of 266 PPI and a screen to body ratio of 90.5%. The screen has a drop notch display which is actually the company’s way of saying waterdrop style notch. The device has a plastic side and back frame.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Quad-Core Mediatek Helio A22 SoC with a 2 GHz CPU. In terms of GPU, the phone makes use of the PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone also has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

In terms of camera, the phone has a dual-camera setup on the back. The rear camera setup includes a 13-Megapixel primary camera sensor having an aperture of f/1.8. The secondary is just a depth sensor lens. On the front, the phone has an 8-Megapixel camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.0.

To further enhance the camera experience, Infinix has added several camera customizations for the back camera such as Auto Scene Detection, Custom Bokeh, AI HDR, AI 3D Beauty, Panorama, AR Animoji, and AI 3D Body Shaping. Even the front camera makes use of a few features such as AI Portrait, AI 3D Face Beauty, Wide Selfie, and AR Animoji.

Connectivity options provided with the phone includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also has a MicroSD card slot to expand the storage. The phone has a fingerprint sensor on the back. Other sensors also include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.

The phone houses a huge 6,000mAh battery with 10W Fast Charging support. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 171.82×77.96×8.9mm and weighs just 207 grams.

The Infinix Smart 4 has been launched in India having a price tag of Rs. 6,999. There are also 4 color options for the phone Midnight Black, Ocean Wave, Quetzal Cyan, and Violet colors. The phone is available in India through Flipkart starting from 12 noon on November 8.
