Motorola Razr 5G: Specifications And Features
Unlike the first-generation Motorola Razr, the foldable smartphone now has a complete glass-and-metal sandwich construction. As a result, it feels premium and quite sturdy as well. Motorola has also offered noteworthy improvements in the hinge of this smartphone as well. For instance, the hinge can now withstand 200,000 flips and there’s a water repellent barrier inside the hinge that does exactly as its name suggests.
In favor of an improved display, Motorola has moved the fingerprint sensor to the back of the device and it now supports gestures. The primary display of this smartphone has a 6.2-inch HD+ 21:9 Cinemavision foldable pOLED panel with a resolution of 2142 x 876 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21:9. While the external gOLED display has a screen size of 2.7-inch with a resolution of 600 x 800 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Sadly, similar to the previous generation Razr the smartphone is powered by a 700 series Snapdragon processor i.e. the Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G accompanied by Adreno 620 GPU. Consequently, in the performance department, it’s not the best. Additionally, there’s 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM on this device coupled with 256GB storage. There’s a single 48MP rear camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 20MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture on this device.
Similar to every other Motorola smartphone launched in recent months, the device runs on Android 10 out of the box and it’s backed up by a 2800mAh battery with support for 15W TurboPower fast charging. Lastly, as the name of the smartphone suggests it comes with 5G SA/NSA connectivity.
