Asus ROG Phone 3 Listed on TENAA; Find Out All We Know So Far

Asus ROG phone 3 has been listed on the Chinese regulatory body TENAA. It does also feature a ton of features of this upcoming gaming phone from Asus and the successor of the very successful Asus ROG Phone 2. The phone is likely to be running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. Apart from this, the phone is likely to feature a triple camera setup and have a 6,100mAh battery.

Asus ROG Phone 3 Expected Specifications

The Asus ROG Phone 3 is likely to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1,080×2,340 pixels with a pixel density of 391ppi and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen will be featuring a corning Gorilla Glass v6 protection and an in-display fingerprint reader. The device will be powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 865 SoC having a maximum frequency of 3.091GHz. The phone is also tipped to have an Adreno 650 GPU.

The internal storage is likely going to be up to 256GB without expandable storage through a MicroSD card slot. The phone may feature up to 16GB of RAM for their top variant. The phone will be having a triple camera setup on the back, with the primary camera to be a 48-megapixel sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. The third camera is unknown but is likely going to be an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with up to 8X zoom.

The phone will be coming with Android 10 out of the box. This is likely going to be the first ROG phone without a 3.5mm Headphone Jack. There will however be a USB Type-C port on the bottom and an additional USB Type-C port on the left-hand-side as well. The phone is also tipped to support 5G and also has Bluetooth v5.0 and NFC support.

To device will likely be packed with a 6,100mAh battery back-up with a 30W Fast CHarging support as well. The phone has dual nano-SIM support. This gaming device weighs 240 grams and measures 171x78x9.85mm.

Asus ROG Phone 3 Expected Availability and Pricing

Asus hasn’t revealed any information regarding the launch date of the phone or even the pricing. But if rumors are to be believed, the phone will be launched on July 9 and the pricing is expected to be Rs. 72,990.
