Honor Play 8 is a budget-oriented smartphone that offers reliable performance at a very cheap price. This entry-level smartphone sports a textured polycarbonate body coupled with thick bezels and a waterdrop notch. The design aesthetics of this smartphone look sturdy and it can easily withstand rough usage.
This smartphone features a 5.71” LCD display with HD+ and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Overall, the display on this smartphone is decent for consuming content.

Fortunately, Honor’s Play 8 smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box coupled with EMUI 9.0 custom skin. This smartphone supports Dual 4G VoLTE and it even has a dedicated microSD card slot.
This smartphone is a perfect alternative to Xiaomi’s Redmi 7A.
Pricing And Ability
Honor’s Play 8 smartphone is available in Magic Night Black and Aurora Blue colour variants. This budget-oriented smartphone is priced at 599 yuan which roughly translates into Rs. 5,900. Presently, Play 8 is only available in China and it can be purchased from Honor’s Vmall store or ant major e-retailers.
It is worth noting that, Honor hasn’t released any information about the launch of Play 8 in India.
