HTC Desire 19+ With Triple Rear Camera Setup Launched

On Tuesday, HTC launched its new smartphone, ‘HTC Desire 19+’ in Taiwan. It is the company’s first smartphone to feature a triple rear camera setup. The key specifications of the smartphone include a HD+ display, Triple Rear Cameras, up to 6GB RAM, MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and 3850mAh Battery.

The main highlights of this smartphone are Triple Rear Camera and Waterdrop-style notch display.

Along with this smartphone, the company also launched HTC U19e which comes with dual front camera setup as well as Iris unlock support.

HTC Desire 19+: Price, Sale Date

• HTC Desire 19+ price is TWD 9,990 (roughly Rs. 22,100) for the 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage variant and TWD 10,990 (roughly Rs. 24,200) for the 6GB RAM/128GB internal storage variant. It will come in Star Indigo and Jasmine White colour options.
• The smartphone will be available for purchase starting July this year.
• Availability and price in India are yet to be announced.

HTC Desire 19+: Specifications and Features

Now coming to the specifications, HTC Desire 19+ sports a 6.2-inch Display with 19:9 aspect ratio and HD+ (720×1520 pixels) resolution. Based on Android 9.0 Pie on the top of HTC Sense UI, the phone runs on octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with 4GB/6GB RAM options. The smartphone has the support of Hybrid Dual-SIM (nano+nano/microSD).

In optics, there is a triple camera setup, the first camera includes a 13MP sensor with f/1.85 aperture, the second camera includes an 8MP wide-angle sensor and the third camera includes a 5MP depth sensor.

On the front, there is a 16MP sensor. The phone has a LED flash on the back.

When it comes to storage, the smartphone comes with 64GB/128GB internal storage with microSD support upto 1TB. Connectivity suite of the smartphone includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port. The sensors on board the handset are an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, magnetometer and rear-facing fingerprint sensor. HTC Desire 19+ battery capacity is 3850mAh. The handset measures 156.2×74.8×8.5mm and weighs 170 grams.
