The single-SIM tablet runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It has a 7-inch WSVGA (600×1024 pixels) display. It features a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include, 3G, USB-OTG, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2800 mAh battery and comes in Blue, White and Black colour variants.
The CT722 tablet is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Intel Atom x3-C3230RK processor, clubbed with 1GB of RAM. The device also has a Mali 450 MP4 GPU. It comes with 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.
Celkon said on Tuesday that it will invest Rs. 250 crores in its manufacturing facilities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh over the next six months. The facilities in Hyderabad and Tirupati will manufacture both mobile phones and tablets.
