Bean Shaped Samsung Galaxy Buds Live Officially Launched

After months of speculations and several leaks, Samsung has finally launched Samsung Galaxy Buds Live in the Unpacked 2020 Event. The bean-shaped truly wireless earphones also provide active noise cancellation. Apart from the conventional Black and White, the buds also come in the special bronze color which is also seen on Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Series.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds Live feature a very minimalistic bean-shaped design. The design is an outer-ear fit design that Samsung claims will allow Ambient Listening. The earphones come with three microphones with two on the outer part while one in the inner side of the earphone. The earphones also feature a 12mm drivers with AKG Tuning.

In terms of wireless support, the earphones have Bluetooth v5.0 just like the previous Samsung Buds. The earbuds support SBC, AAC, and Scalable Bluetooth codecs. The earphones also have an IPX2 rating for water resistance. They also allow Bixby Assistant handsfree support.

Each earbud has a 60mAh battery, while the case has an additional 472mAh battery. The earphones have been claimed to provide 8 hours of playback upon one full charge while with the charging case it can provide 29 hours of battery backup. They also come with Fast Charging support which can provide an hour of music playback on just 5 minutes of charging.

The earphones also have a lot of customization options using the app. The user can control the noise cancellation, equalizer setting, touch controls, and track battery levels of earphones and the case from the app. The case also has Qi wireless charging support for the case as well.

The TWS Earphones have been priced at $169.99 (approx Rs. 12,700). The earphones are likely to compete with the flagship TWS from Apple, Sony, and other top brands. The earphones come in three colors- Black, White, and Bronze.
