Amazfit Stratos 3 With 14 Days of Battery Life Launched In India: Price, Specifications and More

Huawei is all set to launch the Amazfit Stratos 3 smartwatch in India from today. The global reveal of the smartwatch was done in August of last year. The power-packed device with a 1.34-inch display was teased for some time by the company before finally releasing it today. The smartwatch comes with 80 different sport modes and is also 5 ATM water-resistant with battery claimed to last for up to 14 days.

Amazfit Stratos 3 Specifications

The Amazfit Stratos 3 features a 1.34-inch circular transflective TFT 320×320 pixels display. The screen has a Corning Gorilla 3 generation tempered glass and also an anti-fingerprint coating. The dial also has 4 buttons for various functionalities. The smartwatch is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor with a 512MB RAM and 2GB of internal storage as well.

The smartwatch has a dual system that users can use based on the use and requirement. There’s a dedicated sports mode and daily life mode. The sports mode supports as many as 80 different sports activities like Tennis, Hiking, Rowing, Skiing, etc.

The Smart Mode for the sports mode has 7-day battery life. While the Ultra Endurance mode has a 14-day battery life despite 24-hour heart-rate monitoring, notifications, and also 11 sports activities. Upon using GPS continuously, the watch can last for 35 hours in Accurate Mode, 45 hours in Balanced Mode, and up to 75 hours in Power Saving Mode.

The smartwatch has various sensors like BioTracker PPG bio-tracking optical sensor, 6-axis accelerometer, 3-axis geomagnetic sensor, and ambient light sensor. The watch also has four Satellites Three Modes positioning system with Bluetooth 4.2 + BLE 5.0, and WiFi 2.4GHz 802.11.

The battery on the device is also a 300mAh li-ion polymer battery which can be charged in 2.5 hours. The watch supports both Android and iOS devices provided they be running on Android 5.0 and iOS 10.0 and above. The watch weighs 40.4 grams without the strap. The strap is made of silicone.

The Amazfit Stratos 3 has been priced at Rs. 13,999 in India. The smartwatch is available to be purchased from Flipkart and the company’s India website. The watch is available in only black color strap variant only.
