Lately, Xiaomi has been pushing its Redmi sub-brand to the limelight. Infact, Xiaomi’s latest smartphone offerings i.e. Redmi K20 Pro And Redmi K20 were launched under the name of Redmi. Redmi Power Banks: Specifications And Features
Xiaomi has launched two new Redmi Power Banks in China. The smaller capacity PB100LZM power bank has a 10,000mAh battery capacity. On the other hand, the PB200LZM power bank has a 20,000mAh capacity. These two power banks will be exclusively available in China.
The smaller capacity 10,000mAh power bank has a slim profile and it has two USB Type-A output ports. Additionally, there is one Micro-USB and one USB Type-C input port. It is worth noting that neither the input nor the output ports support fast charging. This Redmi branded power bank offers 5.1V-2.6A power output. There are four LED lights on this power bank that are used to display its charge status. Xiaomi claims that this powerbank is equipped with 37Wh high-density lithium polymer battery.
For those interested in dimensions, this powerbank is around 150.5 x 73.6 x 15.1mm in dimensions and it is claimed to have nine different types of protection.
Similar to the 10,000mAh power bank, the 20,000mAh power bank also has four ports. That said, the 20,000mAh power bank does support 18W fast charging and it has the capability to charge two devices simultaneously with 5.1V to 3.6A. The 20,000mAh power bank is almost twice as thick as compared to the 10,000mAh power bank. This Power Bank is claimed to charge the Redmi Note 7 around 5 times; a Mi 9 around 6 times, a Redmi K20 about 5times, and an iPhone XS about 7.5 times.
Pricing and AvailabilityÂ
These two Redmi power banks will be exclusively available in China. Furthermore, both the power banks will be available in only the white colour variants. These power banks will retail for a price of 59 Chinese Yuan and 99 Chinese Yuan which roughly translates into Rs.590 and Rs. 991 respectively. They will go on sale from July 23rd.
