On Monday, Motorola One Power has been launched in India. It is the first smartphone from the company with a notch display. The smartphone is made in India and comes with Android One programme (meaning it will get timely Android updates). The company will turn 90 years old on Tuesday and it will enter segments such as Internet of Things, cloud, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Motorola also said its new smartphone has the Widevine L1 licence to support HD video streaming in which Poco F1 lacks.

Motorola One Power Price in India, Sale Date, and Launch Offers
- Motorola One Power price in India has been set as Rs. 15,999 for the sole 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage variant.
- It will go on sale via exclusively on Flipkart starting October 5 at 12 PM. The smartphone will only come in Black colour.
- Launch offers include 5% off on EMI transactions with HDFC and RBL Credit Cards.
Motorola One Power Specifications and Features
Now coming to the specifications, Moto G6 Plus sports a 6.2-inch full-HD+ (1080×2246 pixels resolution) LCD Max Vision panel with 19:9 aspect ratio. Based on stock Android 8.1 Oreo, with Android Pie update promised to be coming soon, the dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) phone runs on the 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor, with Adreno 509 GPU and 4GB RAM.
In optics, there is a dual rear camera setup with 12-megapixel primary sensor featuring f/1.7 aperture, and a secondary camera with 5-megapixel sensor featuring f/2.2 aperture. In the front, it comes with 12-megapixel camera featuring f/2.2 aperture. The phone has dual-tone, dual-lens LED flash on the back, and a selfie flash in front.
When it comes to storage, buyers will get 64GB of internal storage and microSD support up to 256GB. Connectivity suite of the smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor with a Motorola logo on it. The Moto G6 Plus battery capacity is 5,000mAh, with support for Motorola’s TurboPower adaptor (which is claimed to deliver 6 hours of use on a charge of 15 minutes). The handset is listed in Black colour, measures 156x76x8.98mm, and weighs 205 grams.

The Motorola One Power is a mid-range budget smartphone which is equipped with certain really good features. The performance of the device is up to the mark thanks to the Snapdragon 636 SoC. It does capture some really good images with both front and rear cameras. It is also provided with a massive 5,000 mAh battery capacity that will provide backup for long hours, having a turbo charging feature.
Overall, it is a complete smartphone, in its price-segment competing with Redmi Note 5 Pro and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. It also puts Mi A2 and Nokia 6.1 Plus to the competition because it does come with Android One program.
