Google Pixel is one of the most popular smartphone series from the search giant itself. Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are to be the upcoming smartphones in this series. The Pixel 6 lineup is expected to launch later this year and will have two smartphones- Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro.

Both smartphones have created hype in the market, and are expected to be the most anticipated phones of the year. With that being said, the full specifications for both phones have been tipped online. Let’s discuss what are the specifications for the Pixel 6 as well as the Pixel 6 Pro.

Google Pixel 6: Specifications (Leaked)

Google Pixel 6 is expected to run on Android 12. The phone will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It is expected that the phone will have a dual rear camera setup, with a 50MP wide-angle camera. The second camera is expected to be a 13MP ultra-wide camera. With that being said, it is expected that the phone will have an 8MP front camera.

Coming to the battery, the phone will be packed with a 4,614mAh battery. Moreover, the Pixel 6 is expected to come with 8GB RAM and two storage options- 128GB and 256GB.

Google Pixel 6 Pro: Specifications (Leaked)

Pixel 6 Pro is slightly a better version of Pixel 6. The phone is expected to come with a bigger display than the Pixel 6. It will have a 6.71-inch plastic OLED display. Pixel 6 Pro will run on the latest Android 12.

The phone is expected to have a triple rear camera setup. The phone will have a 50MP wide-angle camera, 48MP telephoto camera, and 12MP ultra-wide camera. The front camera is expected to be a 12MP camera. 

The phone will come with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. We are most likely to see 256GB and 512GB storage of the phone as well. The phone is expected to come with a 5,000mAH battery to power the daily task you do on your phone.

Final Words

Google with the Pixel 6 lineup may drop the XL suffix and instead go with Pro. Previously their phone used to come with XL as suffix remarking the higher-end variant, but now they are expected to come with Pro as a suffix which marks the higher-end variant of the phone.

Moreover, Google may provide 5 years of software updates on both phones. Both the phones are highly expected to come with Google’s own chipset. That’s all we know about both the Pixel phones. We will get to know more about it when the phones are officially announced by Google.
