Beats Studio Buds Launched By Apple: All You Need To Know

Beats has launched the Beats Studio Buds, the company’s latest truly wireless stereo (TWS). The earbuds will be the latest addition to Apple’s audio accessories lineup.

Beats has also said the earbuds will be coming in three colors.The earbuds come in a compact design having no stem. It will also come with active noise cancellation (ANC). The earphones can be paired with Apple as well as Android devices.

Beats Studio Buds Specifications And Features

The Beats Studio Buds is powered by the company’s proprietary dual-element diaphragm driver. It also comes enclosed in two-chamber housing. Apple is also using an advanced digital processor to optimize the audio performance for loudness and clarity.

The earphones also come with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). The ANC makes use of a finely-tuned filter that can dynamically adapt to the surroundings and keep unwanted noise away from the user’s ears.

There is also a Transparency Mode to allow outside noise to reach the ears when needed. The earphones have an external-facing microphone that allows outside sound to reach the listener’s ears. Apple also claims it can provide a “natural, ‘open’ listening experience.”

The Beats Studio Buds make use of Class 1 Bluetooth to connect with Android and iOS devices. It also supports one-touch pairing with both Android as well as iOS devices. Using this, the earbuds can connect to a previously paired Android or iOS device by just opening the case.

Users can make use of the Beats app to manage their earphones. Users can configure the built-in controls, firmware updates, and track battery levels. These features were only available on iOS devices previously. But now Beats has provided support for Android devices as well. These features are built-in in the OS of iOS devices.

Users can also make use of Siri hands-free using the earphones. To call the assistant users have to just say the command “Hey Siri”. The earbud also has physical buttons for the users to control music, calls, and switch between ANC and Transparency modes.

Coming to the battery, the earbuds can deliver eight hours of usage time with ANC or Transparency mode turned off. The case can charge each earbud up to 2 times. This enables the user to have up to 24 hours of playback time.

When ANC is turned ON, the earbuds can provide up to five hours of usage time. The case can provide another 10 hours of playback time. The earphones also come with Fast Charging support. Using it, the earphones can provide an hour of usage time with just 5 minutes of charge.

The Beats Studio Buds have a charging case with USB Type-C for charging. The earbuds have an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance.

Beats Studio Buds Pricing And Availability

The Beats Studio Buds has been launched with a price of $149.99 (approx Rs. 11,000). The earphones are available in Black, Beats Red, and White color options. It is available for purchase in the US and Canada. The earphones are available on the Apple website. The shipping of the earphones will start on June 24.

There is no information regarding the pricing and availability of the Beats Studio Buds in India.
