Vivo has launched the Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro as the latest flagship smartphone offering from the company. The Vivo X50 series hit the markets about seven months back. Both the smartphones come with Samsung’s Exynos 1080 SoC which was unveiled just last month. Both the phones come with a 120 Hz refresh rate display and Zeiss optics.

Vivo X60 Specifications And Features
The Vivo X60 features a 6.56-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED display. The display comes with an aspect ratio of 19.8:9, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a P3 color gamut. The display also supports HDR10 and HDR10+ standards.
Coming to the inside of the phone, the device is powered by the octa-core Exynos 1080 SoC, coupled with ARM Mali-G78 GPU. In terms of RAM, the phone has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. This comes with up to 256GB of onboard UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of optics, the phone has a triple camera setup on the back. The primary sensor is a 48-Megapixel primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.79 having a four-axis optical image stabilization (OIS). There is also a 13-Megapixel Ultrawide camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and lastly a 13-Megapixel portrait camera sensor. On the front, the phone has a 32-Megapixel camera having an aperture of f/2.45 for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The sensors provided in the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor on the phone.
The phone houses a 4,300mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The phone measures 159.63×75.01×7.36mm and weighs up to 176.2 grams based on the storage and RAM variant.
Vivo X60 Pro Specifications And Features
The Vivo X60 Pro also features the same 6.56-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED display. The display comes with an aspect ratio of 19.8:9, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a P3 color gamut, and supports HDR10 and HDR10+ standards.
This model is also powered by the same octa-core Exynos 1080 SoC, coupled with ARM Mali-G78 GPU, and by default 12 GB RAM. It also has 256 GB of internal storage.
The camera is where the two phones differ as the Pro model comes with a much better Quad-Camera setup on the back as against the triple camera on the back of the vanilla variant. The primary sensor is a 48-Megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.48 lens and OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) support.
Other cameras on the back of the phone include a 13-Megapixel Ultra-Wide camera sensor, a 13-Megapixel Portrait lens, and an 8-Megapixel periscope shooter with an aperture of f/3.4. The periscope lens has the ability to take up to 5x optical zoom and 60x superzoom. There is also a laser autofocus sensor equipped with the camera setup.
On the front, the phone has a 32-Megapixel camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.45 to take sharp and accurate selfies and attend to video calls.
For connectivity, the phone has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Then there are also several sensors provided by Vivo that include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
The phone packs a 4,200mAh battery with 33W Fast Charging support. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 158.57×73.24×7.59mm and weighs 178 grams.
Vivo X60 Vivo X60 Pro Pricing And Availability
The Vivo X60 has been priced in China starting at CNY 3,498 (approx Rs. 39,300) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. While the price tag for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option is CNY 3,798 (approx Rs. 42,700). And the most expensive phone of the series is the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option which will cost CNY 3,998 (approx Rs. 45,000).
On the other hand, the Vivo X60 Pro has a single option of the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model which will cost CNY 4,498 (approx Rs. 50,600).
Coming to color options, the pro model comes in Grey and Purple color options while the vanilla version also has Grey, Purple, and White color options.
The phone is already available in China for pre-orders and the shipments of the devices start from January 8. Vivo also announced and teased the Vivo X60 Pro+ to launch in January which will be running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
There is no information yet regarding the global and India launch of the devices yet.
