Poco M2 Pro With Quad Camera Setup To Launch In India On July 7: All We Know So Far

Poco has revealed that the Poco M2 Pro will be launched in India through an online event on July 7. The sub-brand of Xiaomi, Poco has revealed this through its social media channels about the virtual launch of the new phone. The first phone marks the entry of the M-series of smartphones from Poco. This is also the second smartphone to launch this year by the company.

Poco M2 Pro Expected Specification

The Poco M2 Pro is all set to feature a Quad rear camera setup. The leaks also suggest the phone to have a 6.67-inch FullHD+ LCD display. The phone will be going with the unconventional side-mounted fingerprint reader. The device is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 720G SoC coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.

The quad-camera setup on the back is likely to include a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera sensor, a 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. The phone is also set to have a 16-megapixel front camera.

The phone is rumored to be run on a 5,020 mAh battery. Like the other Poco devices, even this device is likely to feature a 30W fast charging support. The device also has been said to have Bluetooth v5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Poco M2 Pro Expected Pricing and Availability

The Poco M2 Pro has already been listed to Flipkart and the e-commerce site has also added a dedicated page for the phone teasing the launch. The phone is likely to be launched in India for Rs. 13,999.

Poco has long been anticipated to enter the truly wireless earphones sector with the Poco Pop Buds which can be unveiled in the virtual launch event on July 7. Poco has teased the earbuds for quite some time and finally, they may raise the curtain over the product or at least announce the same in the event.
