The built-in GPS helps track how far & how fast you ran. Furthermore, it also helps with safety & incident detection. This smartwatch also has a 24/7 Heart Rate monitoring. Lastly, the Garmin Forerunner 45 comes with Garmin Coach 2.0 which allows users to get personalized recommendations from an expert coach and achieve 5K, 10K or half marathon race goals.

The Garmin Forerunner 45 is presently available in two colour variants namely Black and Lava Red. This smartwatch costs Rs 19,990 in India. It is currently available on online platforms like Amazon India, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Paytm Mall and offline stores across metro cities. Garmin has stated that the smartwatch will be available in many other offline markets in upcoming months.
