Honor 9X And Honor 9X Pro Announced In China

Honor is the sub-brand of the world’s leading smartphone manufacturer Huawei. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer recently released it’s two new mid-range smartphones offering i.e. the Honor 9X and the Honor 9X Pro. Both these smartphones pack incredible hardware for the price. There are some slight differences in the camera, RAM, and storage of these smartphones.

So here’s everything you need to know about the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro.

Honor 9X And Honor 9X Pro: Specifications And Features

Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro are the latest mid-range offerings by Honor. These two smartphones pack a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display with no notch or hole-punch. Honor has offered a motorized camera module for hiding the front-facing camera in both these smartphones.

Similar to the display, both these smartphones are also powered by the same Octa-Core Kirin 810 7nm processor. Consequently, there won’t be any major performance differences in these smartphones. Furthermore, the pro variant supports NINE liquid cooling.

Both these smartphone pack a 48MP primary sensor coupled with a 2MP depth sensor. It is worth noting that the Pro variant also has an additional 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The 4000mAh battery is enough to power this smartphone for a full day. Lastly, the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor helps in maintaining design consistency.

Pricing And Availability

The Honor 9X will be available in Midnight Black, Blue, and Red colour variants. The 4GB RAM variants with 64GB storage will retail for a price of 1399 yuan (roughly Rs. 14,0175). While the version with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced for 1599 yuan(Rs. 16,020). Lastly, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version cost 1899 yuan (roughly Rs. 19,025).

The pro variant of the 9X will be available in Midnight Black, and Phantom Blue colour variants. The 8GB RAM variants with 128GB storage will retail for a price of 2199 yuan (roughly Rs. 22,035). While the version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced for 2399 yuan (roughly Rs. 24,040).

These two smartphones will be available for order from 30th July.
