The Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X were announced by Microsoft last year as the company’s next-generation consoles. Despite not being that different in terms of features, the Microsoft Series X and S consoles failed to create the same amount of excitement as Sony’s new PlayStation 5.
The ability to run games at a 120FPS frame rate at a 4K resolution is one of the latest Xbox consoles’ biggest selling points. Gamers can have a smoother experience and quicker response time if they have a higher frame rate.

Previous Xbox One consoles, with the exception of the Xbox One X, were limited to a frame rate of 30 or 60 frames per second.
