Nokia 5.4, Nokia 3.4 With Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs Launched in India: Price, Specifications & More

Nokia has launched many devices in the past few months. The company has now launched Nokia 5.4 and Nokia 3.4 as its two latest offerings from HMD Global, the Nokia mobile brand licensee, in the budget range of smartphones. Both the smartphones run on Android 10 out of the box but will be upgraded to Android 11 and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs. The two devices also come with hole-punch cutouts for the selfie cameras. The smartphones were launched in the European market last year.

Nokia 5.4 Specifications And Features

The Nokia 5.4 features a 6.39-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) display. The display also comes with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, a pixel density of 269 PPI, a screen to body ratio of 81.9%, and a peak brightness of 400 nits.

The phone is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. The GPU in place is the Adreno 610. The phone also has up to 6 GB of RAM with 64 GB onboard storage. There is also a microSD card slot to expand storage to up to 512 GB.

Coming to the camera, the phone has a Quad Camera setup on the back. The primary camera is a 48-Megapixel sensor having an aperture of f/1.8. There is also a 5-Megapixel ultrawide camera lens. The other two cameras onboard include a 2-Megapixel depth sensor and a 2-Megapixel macro shooter.

On the front, the phone has a 16-Megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture lens to capture selfies and attend video calls. The front camera is placed in a hole-punch cutout on the top left of the screen.

For connectivity, the phone has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The sensors onboard the device are ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner on the back and a dedicated Google Assistant button.

The phone houses a 4,000mAh battery with support for 10W Fast Charging as well. The smartphone measures 160.97×75.99×8.7mm and weighs 181 grams.

The Nokia 3.4 just like the 5.4, features a 6.39-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, a pixel density of 269 PPI, a screen to body ratio of 81.9%, and a peak brightness of 400 nits.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC coupled with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of onboard storage that is expandable to up to 512 GB.

For photography, the phone includes a triple camera setup on the back with LED flash. The primary camera sensor is a 13-Megapixel camera lens. There is also a 5-Megapixel ultrawide camera sensor and a 2-Megapixel depth sensor camera. On the front, the phone has an 8-Megapixel camera sensor housed in a hole-punch cutout.

Just like the Nokia 5.4, even the 3.4 comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging. It also has the same 4,000mAh battery with 10W Fast Charging support. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 160.97×75.99×8.7mm and weighs 180 grams.


Nokia 5.4 Nokia 3.4 Pricing And Availability In India

  • The Nokia 5.4 comes in two variants, with the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant to be sold for Rs. 13,999, while the 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage option available for Rs. 15,499. Both the variants are available in Dusk and Polar Night color options. The phone will be going on sale from February 17 through Flipkart and Nokia India’s official website.
  • The Nokia 3.4 has the single 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant that has been priced in the country for Rs. 11,999. The phone will be available in Charcoal, Dusk, and Fjord color options. The smartphone is already available for pre-booking through Nokia India’s website from February 20. However, the phone will also be sold on Amazon, Flipkart, and leading retail outlets in the coming days.
