Leaker Jon Prosser Revealed iPhone 12 Launch Dates Months Before The Actual Launch

The fourth quarter of 2020 is right around the corner and tech enthusiasts all across the globe are excited for the launch of the new iPhone 12 series. In the past few years, leaker Jon Prosser has shared accurate knowledge of Apple’s plans. As a matter of fact, he even predicted the exact launch dates of the 2020 Apple products i.e. iPad Pro, iPhone SE, MacBook Pro, and iMac.

Well, this time around Jon Prosser revealed the launch dates of the 2020 iPhone lineup. Furthermore, he even shared details about the launch dates of Apple Watch Series 6 and the 8th generation iPad.

iPhone 12 Launch Date

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, there won’t be any physical event this year. Rather, similar to WWDC 2020 Apple will host a virtual event for the launch of the iPhone 12. According to Jon Prosser, the iPhone 12 launch event will take place on the week commencing after 12th October. In this event, both the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro lineup will be unveiled.

Preorders for the iPhone 12 will take place in the same week and the device will start shipping one week after the launch event. On the other hand, preorders and shipping for the iPhone 12 Pro lineup will take place in November.

Apple Watch Series 6 and 8th Generation iPad Launch Dates

Apple won’t host any virtual event for the Apple Watch Series 6 and the 8th generation iPad. Rather these devices will be announced through a press release. These two Apple devices will be launched in the week commencing after 7th September.
