Realme Buds Q TWS With 10mm Driver Launched In India

Realme Buds Q TWS has been officially unveiled by Realme along with Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom smartphones in an online launch event. Having earlier launched Realme Buds Air and Realme Buds Air Neo in India, this will be the latest earbuds from Realme. The earbuds have a pebble-like design and have been designed by French Artist Jose Levy.

The Realme Buds Q TWS has a pebble and cobble-based design that is said to fit comfortably in the ear. The earphones have been designed by the French Artist Jose Levy. The earbuds are made of PC + ABS polymer composite material. The case has a pill-shaped design and can charge the earbuds. The Earbuds are IPX4 water resistance but the case is not.

The earbuds are packed with a large 10mm dynamic boost bass driver for better sound quality. It also uses features Realme’s Dynamic Bass Boost (DBB) solution for enhanced dynamism in bass levels. The earbuds also support AAC high-quality audio.

The Earbuds have a dedicated low latency gaming mode as well. It is integrated with an R1Q True Wireless chip to reduce the latency. Realme has even claimed that the latency is reduced to about 51 percent and in just 119ms sound can be transferred from the phone to the Earbuds.

The Realme Buds Q has easy functionality by gesture control on its body. Double tapping the side enables the users to answer calls and play or pause music. Triple tapping the earbuds will play the next song while pressing and holding one side will end the call. Upon pressing and holding on both sides the let user can enter Low Latency Gaming Mode.

The wireless earbuds are packed with a 40mAh battery backup on each earbud which the company claims can provide 4.5 hours of playback. The case has a 400mAh battery capacity which is set to provide 20 hours of playback with the case for each earbud. Realme also has said using this capacity, a user can watch 8 movies or listen to 400 songs. Moreover, considering a user using the earbuds for 3 hours a day, they need to be charged just once a week.

Realme Buds Q has Bluetooth 5. The earbuds can be charged using a Micro-USB charging port and it takes two hours to fully charge buds and also two hours to fully charge the charging case. The charging case supports 30W wired charging.

The Realme Buds Q TWS has been priced in India at Rs. 1,999. The earbuds has been launched in India in three colors- Quite Black, Quite Yellow, and Quite White. The earbuds will be available from July 1 via flash sales and be available on Amazon India and Realme India’s official website.
