After few weeks of speculation, PUBG Mobile has tweeted confirming the launch of PUBG Mobile exclusive map Livik very soon. The update will have the new map along with two new firearms as well. The map is going to be very small and be a 15-minute game. PUBG Mobile in its previous update launched the Mad Miramar map along with Royale Pass Season 13 and much more.
The new map Livik has a Nordic-inspired terrain and will be supporting only 40-players in a game and 15-minutes games. The map has a size of 2×2 km as compared to the 4×4 km size of the Sanhok map.

PUBG Mobile also said that players could even get washed away by the rapid water flow while standing on the top of the waterfall.
Unlike all the other maps- Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Vikendi which first debuted in the PC version, Livik will be a PUBG Mobile exclusive map.
The new firearms to be launched in the game are P90 submachine gun and MK12 burst sniper rifle. The new map will bring fast-paced gameplay and the guns will assist the gamers to adapt to the same. Developers also claim the guns will enhance the shooting experience during fast-paced fights in the Livik map.
Moreover, the firearms in the map can use an extended barrel. PUBG Mobile explained through the post that “The extended barrel will allow for weapons that usually only excel at close to medium range engagements to push out a bit further. This will help some weapons function better in late-game situations since there will be less time to find the perfect loadout”.
Meanwhile, PUBG Mobile became the highest-grossing game in the world in May 2020. Launched in 2018, the game earned about $226 million (Rs. 1.7 Thousand Crores) from App Store and Play Store user spending.
