Author’s Opinion

The Vivo Y95 is a mid-range device. It has a premium looking body which features a bezel-less display. The cameras of the device are decent and the battery capacity is huge.

Talking about the competition in this price range, the real competitors of this smartphone are Redmi Note 6 Pro, Realme 2 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Honor 8X and Nokia 6.1 Plus.

Just like Oppo, for Vivo, the competition and users opinion doesn’t matter, they are on another level. Vivo and Oppo are continuously launching many smartphones at very high prices and offering less than expected.

Vivo Y95 is a just degraded version of Oppo A7 which is launched yesterday and price of both smartphones are same. Vivo Y95 has Snapdragon 439 and HD Display which is never justified for this price range.

Overall, We don’t recommend Vivo Y95 to anyone. However, at the time of writing this article, our recommendation at this price will be Realme 2 Pro.
