3) Should I wait for Mi A2 or should go for Note 5 Pro?

Mi A2 is launching on August 8 in India. According to us, you should definitely wait for Mi A2 because Xiaomi is very aggressive with its pricing. Xiaomi may launch it around Rs.15000-Rs.16000. Xiaomi launched Mi A2 in Dubai at Rs.14000 so it is expected that India pricing will also be low.

On paper, Mi A2 surpasses Redmi Note 5 Pro in almost every department.

4) Why is Xiaomi So Popular in India Than Any Other Brand?

Xiaomi is so popular in India than any other brand because they offer hi-end specs at low-end price. Xiaomi doesn’t apply the formula of cheap marketing tricks which some of the other brands are doing heavily nowadays.

Two factors which are making Xiaomi popular in India:

  • Low Pricing – attracts lot of customers
  • Great Specifications –  Make their products really good overall

Providing these two, Xiaomi is building trust and customer satisfaction. Trust and customer satisfaction stays forever and that’s how Xiaomi is becoming more popular these days.

5) Galaxy S9 Plus, Oppo Find X, Huawei P20 Pro. Which one should I go for?

Definitely Galaxy S9 Plus.

Don’t even consider Oppo Find X. Little innovation won’t make Oppo Find X comparable with Gaxaly S9 Plus.
The S9 Plus has a newer chipset, a sharper screen, best cameras, great design and lot more. P20 Pro on other hand has better battery and also a great camera but spending Rs. 65000 on a brand which is very less value comparable to Samsung in India is waste.

If you are considering resale value, exchange value and service provided by the company then stick to Samsung (we always consider all three before buying any smartphone).

6) iPhone going to be ban in India. Is it true?

iPhone could be banned in India but it is not confirmed yet. The war is happening between TRAI and Apple over the issue of the Do Not Disturb app by TRAI. The matter has now escalated to serious levels, with TRAI looking to withdraw iPhone’s license from the country if the revised rules and regulations are to be considered.

The app in question here is the DND app 2.0 prescribed TRAI for all smartphone platforms in India. The app has been reported to require access to various parameters and information of the device, i.e. it detects calls or messages and helps TRAI collect data on who is sending them and for what purpose.

While Google complied with TRAI’s directive by allowing the app on the Google PlayStore, rival Apple hasn’t allowed it on the App Store, citing the app’s requirement for access to the device information as a breach of user’s data privacy.

So in near future, if Apple doesn’t agree with TRAI, it will surely ban.

7) How to choose a better smartphone or tab?

If you are planning to buy a new smartphone or tab then you may have many questions on your mind. You must be expected something like this smartphone should have good camera. Some other might be expecting this smartphone must have good performance.

Before buying a smartphone or a tab, these things should be considered:

  • Performance
  • UI
  • Battery Life
  • Build Quality
  • Camera
  • Display

While some phones are better when it comes to performance, UI and battery life and some phones offer a better build quality, camera performance and a better display. It can be in any combination according to your priorities.

We personally value a great camera over everything else, but your priorities might be different.

So set your priorities from the list and then buy the best smartphone or tab for you.

11) Difference between Android and Android One?

The biggest difference between Android and Android One is that the Android is open source, and OEMs and manufacturers can make as many changes as they want to the operating system. Android OS can be tweaked heavily, adding more features and a customised skin to set the OEM apart from others. The software and security updates are also regulated by OEMs, and Google plays little part in it.

Android One platform essentially was launched to convert non-smartphone users into smartphone users. With that in mind, Google offers pure Android experience, and regular updates to compatible phones, limiting OEMs work. It sets a hardware standard as well for OEMs, reducing work there as well.

Google has also promised that all Android One phones will get software support for two years, while for Android OS users, it is left to the OEMs’ discretion.

Jio was on loss during that period when it was offering free everything.

Mukesh Ambani, India’s Richest Person is a great businessman. He gave Jio for free almost a year and bore all expenses at that time. He literally build a great customer base of millions of users by proving free everything with Jio. Then after a year when he started charging that too at very low cost than other telecom operators. Within few months all the expenses which Ambani bore during that time are recovered and now Jio is in profit with millions of rupees.

23) Can you tell the exact difference between Exynos & Snapdragon?

Exynos chips are developed by Samsung itself and thus their phones do run better on them (courtesy, Software optimizations). Take for example S9 Plus, which has two models running Snapdragon 845 and Exynos 9810. The Exynos 9810 beats the Snapdragon 845 in both performance and power savings. In short, Exynos is better than Snapdragon, if it’s a Samsung phone. If its an open comparison then only benchmarks and reviews can help.

We consider both before buying a smartphone. Perfect combination of RAM and Processor makes a good performing smartphone.
