Intex has launched two new budget friendly and 4G VoLTE smartphones named Aqua 5.5 VR and Aqua Craze II in India. The Aqua 5.5 VR comes with a price tag of Rs. 5,099 and the Aqua Craze II will cost Rs. 5,990. The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR will be available exclusively via Flipkart from October 19 and the Intex Aqua Craze II will be available to buy via other retail platforms. Both the new smartphones have support for dual-SIM and run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Intex Aqua 5.5 VR features a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display and has a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737V/W processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM. Both the devices come with internal storage of 8GB that is further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD.
For specifications, the Aqua 5.5 VR sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with a dual-LED flash and a front camera of 5-megapixel. The smartphone is backed by a 2800mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the device features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and Bluetooth.
Intex says the new Aqua 5.5 VR has VR capabilities and comes preloaded with 3D content. The device will be available in two color variants, Blue and Champagne.
The Intex Aqua Craze II features a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A SoC clubbed with 1GB of RAM. The Intex Aqua Craze II also has internal storage of 8GB that is further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.
For specifications, the Aqua Craze II sports a 5-megapixel rear auto-focus camera with flash and a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel. The Aqua Craze II smartphone is backed by a 2500mAh battery. On the connectivity front, it has 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
The new Intex Aqua Craze II smartphone will be available in three color variants, Dark Blue, Champagne and Grey.
