Apple iPhones Reach 1 Billion Count in Sales

Apple just sold its billionth iPhone last week, indicating that though its sales have declined in the quarter, Apple still has large numbers backing it. Apple CEO Tim Cook announced the milestone during an employee meeting in Cupertino.

Tim Cook held #1 billion before the crowd & said, “We never set out to make the most, but we’ve always set out to make the best products that make a difference… Thank you to everyone at Apple for helping change the world every day.” It’s been almost 7 years since the company launched its first handset & they reached 500 Million 2 years ago.
