Microsoft Taking Submissions For Upcoming Bot Directory

The Bot Directory is a public directory of available Bots developed using the Bot Framework. Anyone can access it and anyone can submit Bots to the directory. Right now, the Bot Directory isn’t live, but submissions are being accepted for review in preparation for a full launch in the near future.

The Bot Framework allows for Bots to be created for Facebook Messenger, Skype, Office365 and more.

Microsoft said “With Microsoft Bot Framework, it’s your bot wherever your users are talking. Thanks for all the great feedback and input within the past month; we’re pushing hard and look forward to providing additional updates in the near future.

Here’s a few screen grabs of the review process, including a look at a bot entry in the directory (once it goes live). Get those submissions going, and if you have any feedback, we’d love to hear it,”

The Directory is claimed to have garnered the attention of over 20,000 developers.
