Google Announces New Emoji On Android N

Google announced that they’ll be introducing an emoji makeover on the upcoming Android N. The new ones will very in skin tone? and will be more man-like instead of the toothy yellow blob. There will be varied versions of crying and smiling emoji. The move comes due to the variety of emoji seen today from Apple, Google, Samsung, Snapchat, and even individual ones from phone manufactures, and the sheer confusion they bring as the emotion expressed from one brand may be drastically different from another. Finally, someone’s making a positive move towards a similar emoji language. Pity they can’t be standardised on all platforms.
