Panasonic Eluga Mark With Android 5.1 Lollipop, Fingerprint Scanner Launched At Rs 11,990

Panasonic has launched a new smartphone named Eluga Mark with privacy features like fingerprint scanner and Android-For-Work for spruced up IT security and BYOD support. The company claims the smartphone will give complete protection for personal accounts, cloud data etc.

The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon octa-core processor. It has internal storage of 16GB which is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD. It also has 13MP rear camera, LED flash, and 5MP front-facing camera. It also supports full 4G/LTE connectivity package including advanced A-GPS, dual SIM ability. A 2500 mAh battery completes the package. The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch IPS display that comes dipped in either Royal Gold or Metallic Grey. It also allows users to configure up to eight different finger prints at a single point of time.

This control-sensitive device, which achieves complex tasks with the press of a finger or a swipe of the thumb, is personalized for the user and protects the smartphone investment.”

“We are approaching an end of the year which brings our portfolio for 2015 to a total of 16 new devices launch with a few more to come. In 2016 we would be focusing on “Make in India” and 4G enabled devices by targeting international markets and regions” he added.
