[Polls] What’s The Most Exciting Upcoming Phone?

In the lull before the storm, which MWC is shaping up to be, new announcements are few and far between. Finishing touches must be made and with the deadline nearing, sleepless nights are in order for designers and engineers.

For us users though, the wait is always too long and we need to entertain ourselves somehow in the meantime. One way to do that is to throw a bunch of future flagships in a fight for the imaginary title of “Most exciting upcoming phone”.

It’s safe to say that we’ve all had our share of Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge rumors and no date is too soon for their launch. Specs have been circulating constantly and by now it’s become largely unimportant whether the screen will be 5″ or 5.1″ and if the Snapdragon 810 will be replaced by a homemade Exynos chipset, as long we finally get our hands on a working unit.

The Galaxy S6 is set to be a cornerstone for the Korean company, bringing the premium feel to match the top-end specs of the Samsung flagship. The Galaxy S6 Edge on the other hand has to prove that enveloping touchscreens can bring actual usability benefits without sacrificing handling.

The HTC One (M9) is another regular visitor to the rumor mill, but the Taiwanese company appears to be going for an incremental upgrade. It already has one of the hottest looking bodies in the business and they could coast on this one. The camera department needed a fix, after HTC’s attempts at innovation backfired, so that has been addressed. Add a few minor design tweaks and you have the upcoming One (M9).

The Sony Xperia Z4 had until recently been flying under the radar, leading us to believe that its launch is set for the more distant future. It did surface a few days ago, but details remain sketchy. Either Sony has enforced tight security measures to combat leaks or an MWC launch is simply not on the Xperia Z4′s road map. Either way, no upcoming flagship battle could be complete without a Sony contestant.

So without further ado, lets go ahead and ask the question:
